Atomic Habits

by James Clear

I just started Atomic Habits, and this time I’m actually listening to it as an audiobook. Atomic Habits reveals practical strategies that teach you how to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results. I’ve listened to about half of the book, and it’s life-changing!

Radical Acceptance

by Tara Brach

Radical Acceptance was the first book I read after I started going to therapy. Tara writes

Beginning to understand how our lives have become ensnared in this trance of unworthiness is our first step toward reconnecting with who we really are and what it means to live fully.

Know my Name

by Chanel Miller

Chanel Miller was sexually assaulted on the Stanford University Campus by one of the students. In the public eye, he was praised as a student-athlete, and she was just Emily Doe. Years after the assault, Chanel publishes her memoir, a gripping book about the injustice of the justice system, and how hard it is to be believed as a survivor of sexual abuse.

Know my Name is beautifully written, but also hard to read at times. A must-read!
